The solution?
Register with the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP) as a possible donor. Bone marrow registration
drives take place frequently throughout the community. So watch and listen for one in your neighborhood or workplace,
or contact one of the locations below for information about upcoming drives. Registering is quick, easy, and painless
- here's what you need to know:

You must
be 18-60 years old and in good health.

You must
give consent to be entered on the NMDP registry which is searched nationally.

You will
need to have your social security number and driver’s license with you.

You will
be asked to provide names, addresses and phone numbers of two close contacts who do not live with you.

You will give
a small sample of blood from your finger.
